For the Core Registry we have a 2 factor authentication.

This requires the use of an authenticator app on your phone. We suggest:

• Google Authenticator
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Free OTP

You scan the QR code that you can find on the set-up screen which appears after you log in with your password. Your authenticator app will then provide you with a 6 digit PIN which should be entered into the box on the set-up screen. Please be aware that the code is changing every 30 seconds.

You only need to scan the QR code the first time to set up OTP. After that to log in, you will need both your password and the current 6 digit PIN provided by your authenticator app.

If you are not able to scan the QR code please use the Manual Entry Key (provided on the setup screen) in the OTP application on your mobile device.
