The 61st Annual European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) will take place 21-23 September in The Hague, Netherlands. The theme that is chosen for the 61st ESPE Meeting is “Global Challenges in Paediatric Endocrinology”. All over the world we are faced with important challenges: carbon dioxide driven climate change, global but also local inequality with large differences in access to basic needs and medical care, and a recent pandemic.
