Women’s Reproductive Health

The module was launched in April 2026 and is the work of the Pregnancy Working Group. This is our first overarching module designed for use by both clinicians and patients. In the near future, the dataset will be expanded with diseasespecific tabs containing tailored questions based on the underlying condition.

Want to start using the module? Get access to the Core Registry and read the instructions (download, 2 MB) on how to use the module. The version for patients could be find here (download, 1.4 MB).

Once a patient with any condition is entered into the Core Registry, the module automatically appears in the “Lifecourse outcomes” section and is ready to use. After patient accounts are activated, the module will also become available on their platform.

The full data dictionary can be downloaded here.

The module collects information on

  • Basic information (height, weight, educational level)
  • Comorbidities
  • Medical history (treatment, surgeries, supplements)
  • Menstrual history
  • Information about pregnancies (previous, current and pregnancy planning)
  • Baby’s health information (for each pregnancy)
  • Breastfeeding information

Frequency of the data collection

The working group recommends a onetime data collection for most cases. A new entry is only required if a new pregnancy occurs. To support this, a new outcome is created: previously entered fields are prefilled, making it easier to update the information.

Please check out our study groups overview for current studies that include data from different modules. If you are interested in working with data from this module, please fill out a Data Request Form.
